Last chance for new tenants to benefit from Marine Enterprise Zone status

Oceansgate brings together marine-based businesses to create a world-class hub for marine industries, with opportunities for research, innovation and production in a collaborative environment.
As a designated Marine Enterprise Zone, there are some added benefits in joining the Oceansgate community. Enterprise Zones are designated areas that provide tax breaks and Government support. They are great places to do business for both new and expanding firms.
